Our taxi meters start at a base charge of $3.25. Each additional mile for in-state trips is $2.25/mile, and the meter will tick every 1/9-mile. Many rates are also flat-rated by the Connecticut Department of Transportation. Please note:
On a flat rated trip, any additional stops are charged $5.00 per stop.
If the vehicle is at a stop (i.e. red lights, stop signs, stuck in traffic), the meter will charge $0.25 every 36 seconds
