"My mom needed more care than could be provided at Luther manor.   We moved her to an assisted living facility.  They bring her to and from dialysis as she cannot take cabs on her own anymore.  Thanks again for all that you have done to make her life and ours easier.  We really appreciate all that you, Brian, and everyone at Executive did for her."
